OK so if you read my post about the Kuro Clan, you would might have guessed that the 'Kuro Kingdom' might come along... Yes Its the Land of the Kuro Clan, It may not start off or look much.. but once the clan memebers get there the Thing will Expand to having its own Acadamy.... Its own 'Clan' only Despensir (To give out the random Curse Mark, once you reach Chuunin), So on and so forth.. so Go ahead and vote a simple 'Yes' or a simple 'No
